Together, we'll craft a custom menu and experience tailored to your event.

Confirm & Plan

Once you're happy with the plan, we'll lock in your date with a deposit. We handle all the logistics-you focus on your event.

Event Day

We arrive early to set up our beautiful mobile bar. Our baristas serve your guests with skill and warmth, creating memorable moments one cup at a time.

Common Questions

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 4-8 weeks ahead for most events, and 3-6 months for weddings during peak season. However, we can sometimes accommodate last-minute requests!

What's included in the service?

All packages include our mobile bar setup, professional barista(s), all coffee equipment, cups, napkins, and supplies. We handle everything from setup to cleanup.

Do you provide milk alternatives?

Absolutely! We always have oat milk, almond milk, and regular dairy available. We can accommodate other preferences with advance notice.

What if it rains or weather changes?

Our setup is weather-ready and we can operate indoors or under covered areas. We'll work with you to ensure service goes smoothly regardless of conditions.

How much space do you need?

Our compact setup typically needs about 10x10 feet. We can adapt to various spaces and will confirm requirements during your consultation.

Do you travel outside Richmond?

Yes! We happily serve the greater Richmond area and can travel further for a small additional fee. Just let us know your location.
